Nevada Iron is based in Reno, Nevada USA. The company is developing a world-class large-scale integrated Merchant Pig Iron operation in Northern Nevada.

Our Iron plant will be a premier supplier of virgin iron units to Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steel mills in North America and Asia. EAF steel mills blend Pig Iron with scrap steel to make superior quality steel products used in various high-end applications.

The facility will use local biomass with proven iron-making technology.  Once in operation, Nevada Iron will be the FIRST green pig iron producer in the USA.

Nevada Iron Green pig iron plant is strategically located with easy access to in-house iron ore, abundant local biomass and power and logistics infrastructures.
